Pricedwell OS is a wholesale operating system connecting township retailers, suppliers, agents, and customers through stock ordering, receipt capture, POS intelligence, and store growth tools.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration and business information
• Keep your login credentials and OTP codes confidential
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes

Data usage

Your data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy, including for service delivery, OTP verification, order notifications, and business analytics.

Payment terms

Orders placed through Pricedwell OS are subject to the pricing and payment terms agreed with your supplier or distributor at the time of order. Pricedwell OS does not hold customer funds directly.

Limitation of liability

Pricedwell OS is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bolunga Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
